An elementary teacher has been condemned to five years in jail for sexually attacking a 11-year-old understudy since she needed to make the "incessantly discouraged" kid "cheerful".
Katherine Gonzalez, 25, from Wisconsin in the US, was captured on 5 March and accused of one tally of first-degree rape of a kid less than 13 years old.
She conceded to second-degree rape of a kid in August, and was condemned to five years in jail on Thursday, as per the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Ms Gonzalez, who acted as a fifth-grade instructor at Atlas Preparatory Academy, allegedly advised police she needed the youngster to see that somebody gave it a second thought.
